1. Clear the area.
2. Remove furniture or any object that might get damage during the repair period. Otherwise,
a. Make a signed waiver indicating claim-free work for non-conforming to the procedure request.
b. We will provide a wall and floor protection / item covering with fee.
3. Send picture of area that is ready for repair or back job.
a. Evaluation and approval will depend on the conformance made by the client.
4. Repair and back jobs are strictly during Saturday only. No other day is available unless the client is willing to shoulder special service fee amounting to Php 2,500.00 / trip.
5. Special repair services are for electrical and water interruption concerns and alike only which can be schedule the soonest possible time. (Hazardous concern)
